From first email to install notes
Every Delft workspace kit follows the same sequence so nothing is ordered before walls are measured. You always know which module is being decided and what it costs in EUR before fabrication starts.

What happens during the survey
We arrive with a laser measure, socket tester, and sketch sheets. Walls, sills, radiators, and door swings are recorded; we also walk the stair with a mock panel size to confirm carry paths.
You show us how you work today—video calls, drafting, teaching online—so the kit matches real habits rather than a generic office template.
Choosing modules after measurements
Back at Markt 45 we assemble a short module list: home desk, shared table, focus nook, cable spine, storage wall—only the parts your floor plate can hold. Each line carries width, depth, power, and storage figures.
You approve the list and a fee range before we draw joinery details or book a fabricator. Changes at this stage cost less than after timber is cut.
Handoff to joiners and electricians
When custom pieces are needed, we send cut lists and fixing notes to workshops that already know Delft stair widths. Electricians receive outlet positions and circuit comments, not a request to invent the layout.
Rinetsdiri Atelier does not pull permits or perform electrical work; we plan and coordinate so your licensed partners install cleanly.
Typical timing for a one-bedroom flat
Survey within one to two weeks of booking, sketches three to five working days later, and fabrication lead times of three to six weeks depending on the joiner’s queue. Simple retail sourcing can finish faster if carry paths allow stock desks.

After the furniture lands
We offer a short follow-up visit (€120) to check cable dressing and door clearances once pieces are in place. Most clients use it when a storage wall and desk arrive on different days.
