Rates cover on-site survey time in Delft plus same-week sketch delivery. Travel inside the municipality is included; Den Haag or Rotterdam add-ons are quoted separately.

Package bands for full kits

Studio fees for a complete one-bedroom canal-flat kit (desk + cable + storage sketches) usually fall between €1,450 and €2,800. Two-person shared tables and focus nooks push toward the upper end when both need joinery drawings.

Fabrication and electrician invoices are always separate and paid directly to those trades.

What a day rate includes

Measurement, circuit notes, module recommendation, and dimensioned sketches in PDF or printed A3. Sample finishes can be viewed at Markt 45 without an extra fee when booked with a survey.

Shopping lists for retail desks include product links you can order yourself; we do not mark catalogue prices as our own.

Payment and booking

A 40% deposit confirms the survey date; the balance is due when sketches are delivered. We invoice in EUR to Dutch and EU clients; bank transfer details appear on the invoice from Rinetsdiri Atelier.

Cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice for a full deposit refund. Inside 48 hours the deposit covers reserved planner time.
