Data we hold when you contact us
Emails and forms sent to [email protected] may include your name, address of the apartment to survey, phone number, and photos you attach. We use that information only to schedule surveys, prepare layouts, and invoice in EUR.
Project files are stored on studio devices and backed up securely; access is limited to planners working on your kit.

The site may write a single localStorage key named rinetsdiri_delft_kit_v1 to remember whether you accepted or declined the cookie banner. No third-party trackers are embedded.

Retention and your rights
Enquiry emails without a booked survey are deleted within 24 months. Active project files are kept for the duration of the work plus seven years for Dutch accounting needs unless you ask for earlier erasure where the law allows.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
