Modular kit for canal-flat workspaces

Rinetsdiri Atelier assembles workspace plans as a kit of measured parts for Delft apartments—especially narrow canal houses along Oude Delft and compact flats near the Markt. Each part is sized to door swings, radiator clearances, and the deep window reveals typical of brick facades facing the water.

The diagram below shows how desk, shared table, focus nook, cable path, and storage wall modules lock together without fighting stairs or chimney breasts. Half-day surveys start at €190; full apartment kits are scoped after measuring on site.

Why canal flats need measured kits

Many Oude Delft residences mix shallow rooms with tall ceilings, so a standard office desk either blocks light or leaves cables dangling across herringbone floors. We plan around existing radiators, shutters, and the occasional half-level step between kitchen and living room.

Clients often work from home three or four days a week and still host guests on weekends. The kit keeps the weekday station compact enough that Friday evening can reclaim the table without a full furniture shuffle.

EUR rates at a glance

Planner half-days are €340; full days €620. Junior survey support is €210 / €380. Full package fees for a one-bedroom canal flat usually land between €1,450 and €2,800 once modules are selected—see pricing.html for the role table.

Storage-wall fabrication coordination and electrician handoff notes are billed separately when your building rules require a licensed installer for new outlets.
